If your laptop is not listed, you can submit a request with detailed information (brand, model, year manufactured and condition) to the best of your knowledge through our Contact Us form and we’ll reply with an offer as soon as possible.
Most of our customers are private individuals, who need to sell a laptop that they no longer use or that they do not want to invest into (repair is too expensive). However we welcome any business that needs to sell larger quantities of laptops. Follow the three easy steps on our Instant Quote estimator to receive your cash offer. If you accept the offer you can fill out one simple form – Name, Mailing Address and E-mail. We will ship a box to you containing a pre-paid return label and instructions. There is no cost to you. Simply pack the laptop following the instructions and drop the box off at the nearest FedEx pickup location. We recommend you ship your laptop to us within 7 days otherwise the return shipping label may be cancelled. As soon as we receive the laptop it will be inspected and we will send you a check using the name and address submitted with the quote.
Customers pay nothing. LaptopsIntoCash provides the protective packaging and pays for shipping both ways. The whole process is ABSOLUTELY FREE to you.
From the moment customer submits a quote it takes one business day to process it and send out the box for the laptop. It takes approximately 3-5 business days for the package to arrive (empty box from us to the customer) and 3-5 business days to receive the laptop from the customer, so it is important that the customer sends out the box as soon as possible. Once the laptop is delivered to us we check the accuracy of the information provided in the quote and send out the check within one business day. From that point it takes 2-5days for the check to be delivered to the customer via USPS mail.
So, in general, it takes 2-3 weeks from the moment the customer submits a quote to the moment the customer receives a check.
We offer you an option to overnight your check. Once your laptop has been inspected we will email you the results and ask you to confirm your mailing address information. In your response you may state that you would like your check sent via Priority Overnight mail. Should you take advantage of this option, $20 will be deducted from the final quote amount. The check will be sent out within one business day of your request.
ANY information you have stored on the Hard Disk Drive of your laptop is IMMEDIATELY deleted. We format every hard drive when the laptop is processed. You don’t have to worry about erasing any sensitive information: we will do it as soon as we receive your laptop.

However, when you submit a quote and request that the packaging for your laptop be sent to you, you must provide personally identifiable information (such as your name, address and e-mail) this is necessary for the successful processing of your order.
